Any time must the wonderful wedding speech be presented…?
How weddings have changed on the decades! From a handful to 400-500 invited guests; one-two to six-eight wedding party members; an easy wedding car to expensive and huge wedding cars; three course meals in order to six course meals; 1 to 3 live bands; simple attire to colorful and flamboyant dresses, suits and attire and off-the-cuff to well-prepared wedding speeches.
These are the latter, wedding speeches remain a fundamental part of being married and guests do enjoy hearing them, talking about them before, during as wll as after they’ve been delivered.
We have all heard of father of the groom speech delivered before the meal, in the meal and after the meal, however it’s of an strong opinion how the wedding speeches should be delivered following your meal. I know that for a lot of wedding ceremony speakers i.e. Father of the Bride Speech, Father in the Groom Speech, Bride Speech, Groom Speech and Bestman Speech (the five main speakers), they will prefer to contain the wedding speeches prior to the meal, for them to enjoy their meal (a number of them are paying for it!). However, all is here the invited guests and exactly how a lot of them (as well as the wedding ceremony venue staff) would like the wedding speeches to be delivered following the meal for several reasons, many of which include:
The invited guests happen to be fed and watered and are not paying attention to wedding speeches on an empty stomach (at least of food, which would be so ahead of the meal, though weddings today do provide light snacks upon arrival in the wedding venue)
Food may be cooked and served in the agreed time (introduce wedding ceremony speeches ahead of the meal and their might be a delay of A quarter-hour to a single.5 hours, driving your kitchen staff crazy always keeping food freshly cooked, presentable and edible)
The wedding ceremony speeches behave as the transition from your meal towards the dancing (broke happening after the meal, individuals are expecting ‘a few words’ to become shared regarding the Bride & Groom and they do know they can get up, move, take a rest, take a stroll, go to the bar…)
It’s not easy for fogeys in the Bride & Groom to talk in public places, as the majority of them may not be used of it. So, they could, should they so wished, speak prior to the / their meal.
There should still be some form of formal speech(es) following the meal…
