Characteristics of an Entrepreneur

So, who exactly is surely an entrepreneur, what are qualities of an entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur can be a individual who has possession of a fresh enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks and also the outcome”… umm… okay however i prefer to say, an ideal entrepreneur is a individual who guides a manpower to be able to apply a thought(is irrelevant if it is his or as someone else and whether it be new or old) to fulfill those who have to have the benefits manufactured by it, which results in financial outcomes or profits.

And so the basic characteristics or qualities of an entrepreneur can be:
– He / she must have a thought (again, no matter who originally looked at it and whether it’s new or old).
– They really should have the motivation/urge to pursue or apply the idea.
– He / she must have access to manpower in order to the ability to make manpower available to him (marketing skills apply here).
– He or she needs to be a great leader.

However, there are many types of people too who have some or a lot of the previously referred to qualities; but and we don’t call them Entrepreneur. Among this kind of individual can be quite a scientist. Scientists do have ideas or, to put it differently, they can actually create ideas. They’re excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas with out doubt, they are good leaders also and so they, without a doubt have accessibility to at least minimal manpower (No, most scientists aren’t effective in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have got a minimum of 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). But then we will call a scientist operator also? Is he an exception for the above definition?… something to think about huh?

And how of a dictator?
