Features of an Entrepreneur
So, who exactly is an entrepreneur, what are qualities of the entrepreneur?… well Wikipedia says, “An entrepreneur can be a individual who has possessing a whole new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes significant accountability for the inherent risks along with the outcome”… umm… okay however prefer to say, make fish an ideal entrepreneur can be a individual who guides a manpower so that you can apply a perception(does not matter whether it’s his or of someone else and whether it be new or old) in order to meet people that require benefits manufactured by it, which leads to financial outcomes or profits.
Therefore the basic characteristics or qualities of the entrepreneur will be:
– He or she needs to have a thought (again, regardless of who originally regarded it and be it new or old).
– She or he should have the motivation/urge to pursue or use the idea.
– He / she must have usage of manpower or to a chance to make manpower available to him (marketing savvy apply here).
– They needs to be an excellent leader.
However, there are more sorts of people too who may have some or lots of the above mentioned qualities; but we do not give them a call Entrepreneur. An illustration of this individual could be a scientist. Scientists have ideas or, put simply, they can actually create ideas. They are definitely excited or motivated about pursuing their ideas no doubt, they’re good leaders as well and they, for certain gain access to no less than minimal manpower (No, most scientists do not work in solitude as shown in movies like Robin Williams’ Flubber or Frankenstein, they have at least 2-10 people working under them as junior scientists). However why don’t we call a scientist an entrepreneur also? Is he an exception towards the above definition?… food for thought huh?
And the way in regards to a dictator? He’s his or her own or borrowed ideas, He really wants to apply them, he’s got access to man power, can guide them very well… in reality, they are going to do just about anything he wants. So, does which means that, a dictator can be an entrepreneur or, an entrepreneur can be a dictator!!
