The state run business “Everyday Deals” was were only available in 1998 by Chad Brown of Shakopee, Minnesota … While he registered the business name “Everyday Deals” through the Secretary of State in Minnesota. Whilst expanded to the internet Everyday Deals created itself a single website store. Later after being contacted by many people vendors online. Everyday Deals decided to turn the store into a online mall that housed multiple vendors. Now Everyday Deals sells all kinds of products & services from A-Z. Mainly through catalogs, ads, classifieds, email, recommendations, auctions, sales, websites, plus person.

On 04/25/1998 the word “Everyday Deals” was officially registered as a “Domain Name”. This domain location started hosting the website & store. This is where customers buy / sell great products, services & daily deals at incredibly affordable prices every day. 08/27/2007 Everyday Deals progressed and upgraded its business to a corporation over the condition of Minnesota. *04/01/2008 “Everyday Deals, Co.”. Everyday Deals of Minnesota was granted its first USTPO government registered trademark on its bestselling “brand name” products (#77188836).
Everyday Deals registered another trademark this time around through the condition of Minnesota for that “word or phrase” “Everyday Deals” on 06/12/2008 (2891978-2) Then on 11/29/2009 Chad Brown / Everyday Deals of Minnesota then was granted the trademark word or phrase “Everyday Deals” and the official company name “Everyday Deals” over the U.S. government. After that time 10/15/2013 Chad Brown / Everyday Deals, Co. of Minnesota signed paperwork in Minnesota to officially convert its long time business to some Limited Liability Corporation.
