Legionella bacteria is microscopic and can be found in streams, streams, reservoirs and waters, usually in very low numbers, where they don’t cause any troubles. The difficulty comes when these tiny microorganisms get trapped with your water system along with multiply, potentially resulting in Legionnaires’ Disease.
