The neighborhood everyone has to find a way to transmit news of joy, death and war for their community minus the advantages of mobile phones, radios, tv and all sorts of sophisticated.

This is how the storyplot gets interesting.

Individuals devised approaches to communicate cross country with the ‘famous talking drums’. It’s fascinating to view masters of this act; send and receive messages merely by beating a drum. Towards the unwary onlooker, the drummers are causing a cacophony of sounds, but to the trained ears from the drummers; a hectic, heated argument or conversation comparable to cellphone chat of today is occurring.

In jest, drummers have already been proven to question the sweetness and womanliness with the other community and strength of their male folk. The drum was a fundamental portion of the communal life. The drum marked calendar of festivals of the communities. It recorded deaths, births.

Today, Nigeria News is transmitted mainly with the radio, newspaper and electronic version. First, Nigeria news was transmitted from the newspapers, state owned radio and then government owned Tv producers. Through these periods, the government had monopoly of dissemination of data to Nigerians. Over time, private owned newspapers, radio and tv stations came up to speed to challenge the federal government owned corporations.
